Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, Lord. They rejoice in your name all day long; they celebrate your righteousness.
— Psalm 89:15

You are celebrated . . .
When leaves fall like confetti,
and stars twinkle high and bright.
When flowers bloom wild and colorful
and bird serenades welcome the light.
When clouds grace the sky,
like balloons flying fast and free.
Oh, find me along with all creation,
celebrating Your majesty.
Grant me a heart filled with wonder,
and brimming with gratitude.
Give me eyes to see extra in the ordinary,
and to accept it with humble attitude.
Release my tongue to praise You,
to proclaim Your power and presence.
Invitations have been given
for the whole loved world's deliverance.
Responders eagerly await the day of Your return
when the never-ending celebration rings true.
Oh, come, to the celebration He has prepared for you.

"Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; let the sea roar, and all that fills it" (Psalm 96:11 ESV).
"But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God" (John 1:12 ESV).
"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20 ESV).
"And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God" (Revelation 21:2-3).
I'd love to hear your thoughts!
