Standing bold

Proverbs 10:25 “When the storm has swept by, the wicked are gone, but the righteous stand firm forever.”*

When the storms have passed

and aged skin drips cold,

when piercing winds

chill bones grown old.

…..

When the thunder fades

find me in sacred hold,

my flag unfurled

and standing bold.

  When I read this verse it encouraged me so, to know that I will stand firm. And your poems are always like dessert after the Bread of Life meal. God bless you.
