Psalm 23:1 “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want…”
……….
He quietens the sea
when life roars loud,
And settles the pang
of hunger’s growl.
………..
When it all unravels
my soul he reknits,
Should fear choke tight
he loosens the grip.
……….
He is my shield
against arrows that fly,
And he pours abundant
when life drips dry.
……….
Moment by moment
I have all I need
For he is my shepherd
and I am his sheep.
