Psalm 127:1 “Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labor in vain…” (NIV)*
I could not lay a foundation
that would stand the test of time.
Nor could I build walls
to protect in rain or shine.
…..
I could not supply materials
destined not to wear down.
Nor could I know the future
to design each room around.
…..
There’s one who lays foundations
eternity’s blueprint in mind.
His work guaranteed forever,
the house he’s building? Mine.

Thanks for sharing – a great reminder that all we accomplish we accomplish because he invites us to join Him in the work that He is doing – what an honor that I am still trying to understand more fully!
Blessings,
