A catching place

Psalm 37:23 “If the Lord delights in a man’s way, he makes his steps firm; though he stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand.”*

…..

Though they stumble,

lambs know where to fall—

those who follow…

his call.

…..

For his beloved,

there’s a catching place—

into wide arms…

of grace.

…..

Patty, this poem really spoke to me tonight. Of how we have a ‘catching place’ in the arms of God’s grace. I have a loved one who is a prodigal. I love the mental picture of God catching him whenever he falls, right into those loving arms. Blessings.
