Open my eyes

Luke 24:31 & 45 “Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him…Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures.” (NIV)*

Lord, open my eyes to see

Moments of opportunity

Not missing your presence near

To meet a need, wipe a tear.

………………..

Lord, open my mind to know

The words you want to sow

Not missing insights from you

Words of hope, words of truth.

In today’s reading of The One Year Bible, eyes were opened to recognize Jesus and minds opened to understand the Scriptures. Praying for eyes and mind to be opened…not missing anything He wants to reveal!
